Our 2 bedroom apartments in the Louise Quarter are fully furnished, equipped, and serviced. Bi-weekly cleaning is included, and you’re welcome to contact us if you wish to adjust the schedule. Prices are all-inclusive, with no hidden costs.
The only extra is a one-time exit cleaning fee, included in the first invoice. Keys are handed over once the deposit and first invoice are paid and visible on the landlord’s account.
The deposit equals one month’s rent. The first invoice covers the first month’s rent plus the exit cleaning fee.
