Booking Process

General information

All our apartments are fully serviced, and our prices include the following:

Booking process

Choosing an Apartment

To proceed with your booking, please send us an email confirming the chosen apartment along with your check-in and check-out dates.

Contract Preparation

Let us know whether the lease will be in a private name or a corporate name and provide the necessary information so we can prepare the contract accordingly.

For a Private Lease:

  • Full name of the occupant
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Permanent residential address
  • Copy of passport or ID card

For a Company Lease:

  • Company name
  • Name of the authorized signatory (person signing on behalf of the company)
  • Company’s registered address / head office
  • VAT number
  • Purchase Order number (if applicable)
  • Full name of the occupant
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Copy of occupant’s passport or ID card

Payments

Rent and deposit payments must be received in our accounts before the check-in date. Without this, the handover of keys cannot proceed.

A one-month deposit (guarantee) is required for all bookings.

Rent Payment:

Once the contract is signed, you will receive an invoice for the first month’s rent. Monthly invoices will be issued thereafter. Payments can be made via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Debit card (payment at our office)
  • Credit card (subject to a ~3% processing fee)

Please note that any additional fees related to international payments are the responsibility of the tenant. The full invoiced amount must be received by the residence owner.

Deposit Payment:

The deposit must be paid via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract. It will be refunded within 15 days after the end of the contract, minus any deductions for damages.

Key Handover

Different key collection options are available:

Pick up at our office:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 18:00
  • Saturday: By appointment

Key delivery to your residence:

  • Available during specific hours: [Hours]

Airport or train station transfer:

  • Book a taxi with us, including key delivery to your residence.

Our Policies

City Tax

A city tax of €4.00 per night applies to all stays under 91 days.

Cancellation Policy (Before Arrival)

In case of cancellation by the tenant:

  • Less than one month before arrival: 100% of the first invoice is due.
  • Once a month has started: The full month is due.
  • The check-in date cannot be changed after signing the contract.

Early Termination Policy (After Arrival)

  • The contract cannot be terminated once the rental period has begun.
  • The tenant must honor the contract until the end date.

Extension Policy

  • You may extend your contract up to 14 days before its end date.
  • 15 days before check-out, you will receive an email asking if you wish to extend.
  • Please confirm within 24 hours if you wish to extend. The same monthly rate will applies.
